BIO

I am a London-based artist whose work concerns ecology, spiritual materialism and attempts at imagining nonhuman objectivity.

Across a diverse career, my practice spans multiple disciplines, approaches and methodologies: as theatre and opera director; producer and choreographer; sculptor and fine artist; poet and writer; researcher and academic. I often work collaboratively, with my creative approach and conceptual framework informed by multiplicity, cooperation and interdisciplinary knowledge. Uniting these is a shared notion of form-as-synergy, where contradictory elements—movement, music, prose, paint—may intersect to offer new creative identities.

Most recent, and forthcoming work-in-process: I presented a performed reading of my new project ‘Where the Hell is Who in Heaven’ at the University of the Arts Chelsea, and a forthcoming showing is in development this spring at UCA in Farnham.
